We all know things can go wrong with shipping from time to time. So please read this policy to know what I can and can’t do by way of shipping, returns and refunds. – A.K. Spencer

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the continental US.
Domestic Shipping Policy
akspencer.art ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment processing time
Orders are typically enter production within 2–3 business days of purchase.
Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Because we partner with multiple quality providers to print and ship our artwork and merchandise to customers as quickly and cost-effectively as possible shipping and handling costs may vary; they will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Fees and Taxes
akspencer.art is not responsible for any fees or taxes applied to your order. Fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including taxes, and other costs). In most cases, State sales taxes may be added during checkout. If so, they will be clearly displayed.
Returns and Refunds
If you received your order damaged on delivery, notify us within seven days and we will send you a replacement at no additional costs. We may require a photo or video of the item to confirm the damage.
If a replacement is not available, we will provide store credit in the amount of your purchase.
In rare instances we may issue a refund, at our sole discretion.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.
Ganesha Media, LLC. will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn’t receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please refer to the shipping notification email we sent you. Contact the carrier service used for your order, using the appropriate tracking numbers.
If they cannot resolve the issue, please contact us at email@example.com.
We may file a claim with the shipping carrier. Local law enforcement may also be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
